This is the worst moving company on the planet!!!
The quote they give you is incorrect. The are not movers they are brokers and they hire moving company to move you. Therefore you have to follow the rules of that company not USA VAN LINES OF TEXAS. You must pay the price of the company they hired and not the price they qouted!
The movers were late, rude, smoking in my home, spitting on the floor and cursing around my children. They did damages to the walls and wood floors and US VAN LINES OF TEXAS won't pay for the damages.
The driver of the truck even left the keys at my house so my possessions were in an unlocked truck for three days!!
The web site has closed down, all emails come back undeliverable, and the number of the corporate office has been disconnected. Customer service is rude and unreliable.
I have been trying to reach a guy by the name of Abraham 636-342-2929 who promised to give me a $100.00 refund for all my trouble. He did not.
Everything the say is a lie. They are crooks. And this is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with!!!
The company also closes and reopens as oyther companies so beware!

The new company name is nationwidemovingservices and their new website is nationwidemovingservices.com and they operate out of texas still and have been scamming people under different aliases and company names for many years now. their new D.O.T and MC #'s are as follows US DOT 1772247 :: MC646905B :: MC646908 and their new telephone number is Main Office - Texas
