United Studio Of America sale pitch of $6.00 sitting fee and $10. for pics. actually 211.00 total, lost the pic, still lost Massillon Ohio
i took pics of my mom, daughter & granddaughter and myself. generation pic. sitting fee 6.00,pictures 10.00, total was 16.00. when i went to get pictures all you got was 4 pic. the rest cost 211.00 what a rip off. they tookfrom sept to jan. to get me the pics after i called a dozen times. the canvas pic of my mom had a white spot above the eye, too big for them not to see it. i called them told them after waiting4 months that the pic was flawed. they sent me a pre-paid label. i had to pay 13.00 for shipping back to them and they haven"t sent me my picture yet, i call them everyday. they can"t find the pic. ups can"T track it because they don"t do tracking on pre-paid labels.the company that sent it to you,suppose to keep track of it. united studios is so wrong. i would not recomened that studio to anyone. they don"t care. i call everyday get different people and the run around. i want my money back for the picture. they need to be investigated.
