United Studios Of America charge us more then our friends and messed up our canvas Massillon Ohio
we are very unhappy with this company.they charge us $170.00 more then they charged our friends.it took me over a month to get ahold of jim and then when i did he was a total jerk. we had been told that we would get a canvas for $30 more and waited over 11 weeks to find that it was the wrong picture of our family.now they expect us to send the other picture back before they send us the right one. my family will never use this company again.
if i see them in our town i will warn people about them. we wasn't told that we could pick and choose our pictures.so we had to buy all of the pictures.so here we sit with pictures that will never be used.
