united studios of america i've been cheated and lied to by the associate that approached me massillon, Ohio
my husband and i with our four kids boys were in the local kroger food store when a man approached us about taking a family photo my husband asked all the general questions about how much will it cost $10.00 for the package deal of what was suppose to be one 10/13 one 8/10 one 5/7 and 12 wallets well we paid then $10.00 and after paying we were then told there was a six dollar sitting fee we agreed to that even though that information was not given first hand i then asked the associate if the posees could be split up and he assured me they could i asked him could we get the 10/13 with the entire family the 8/10 of my boys and the 5/7 withmy husaband and i and the wallet sizes would be with my husband and the boys the con man said yes and when i asked anopther sales girl she agreed with him so we set the appointment and when we showed up there was this really lng line and a even longer wait our appoint was at 6:20 p.m we did'nt take our pictures until 9:oop.m way passed my boys bed time but thats not the worst of of it the ladies photograpying us had no idea what they were doing the flash kept going off even when she was'nt taking picture we could not view the proofs because he laptop was not on or working she did'nt take all tha shots i wanted she would'nt allow us to pose the way we wanted to and she was down right rude about it all and when we came back to the grocery store in the employee break room ye again the tried to sell my photos to me for $500.00 with a couple of plaques and if i did'nt want that then i could get four sheets for $150.00 not at all what i was told i could get or what i was expecting the company is a rip off and i want my pictures i did;nt to choose what pictures i wanted they picked for us and thats wrong then the lady tells me if i don't get them now then i'll have to pay more later from the company and after six months they destroy the negatives and the photos
