United Tel - Findyourdiet.com Fraudulent recurring charge on my AT&T bill Internet

Same experience as others who have complained here- found an puzzling $14.95 "monthly" fee on my AT&T phone bill. No explanations - just a charge "on behalf of United Tel LLC." I called the number indicated, was greeted by customer rep Keesha, who asked me to confirm my phone number and some other data. The data she had correct was home address and wife's first name. Data she had wrong were wife's date of birth and e-mail address (some domain we don't use). Keesha claimed to cancel subscription, and said the existing charge would be removed from our bill " but it could take several months." She also gave me a transaction number in case I had to call back. No idea how we got signed up for this, but I'm pretty ticked off that AT&T allows this type of activity to pass through them. We'll see what comes of Keesha's promises in the coming months.
