Complaint Review: United Tel LCC - FINDYOURDIET.COM

I received our ATT bill today and noticed it was quite a bit higher. I then noticed a charge from FINDYOURDIET.COM for $14.95. I have no idea what this charge is.

I tried calling their phone number (1-866-877-1160) but they are not open on weekends. I called ATT to dispute the charge. They have the charge in dispute for 65 days. If the FINDYOURDIET company does not credit my account with ATT within 65 days, I will be charged.

The person at ATT said I may have clicked something on the internet without knowing, and that is why I was charged. The interesting thing is I was billed on 12/24/08, so if that is the case it would have had to be clicked from my husband's computer as I didn't get my new computer until Christmas Day.
