Uniter Travel ripped my family off.They didn't send my tickets to us.The agent spoke to me about E tickets I told her we didn't want them. When we opened the travel pack and no tickets were there I assumed that we were given E tickets.We got to the airport and U S Airways allowded us to purchase tickets at redused rates.

Trip underway we arrived at Disney and the dopes at United Travel next day aired us a letter to tell us that we didn't pick up the tickets,well no poop!U S Airvays allowded us to refund the tickets after the trip if United Travel would contact them and put in for the refund.Uniter Travel finally sent me the tickets 1-18-2002 nearly 6 months after the trip.

I spoke With United Travel they told me to pound sand"See you in Court" was my answer by Mrs. Santora the owner.

Today 1-19-2002 I spoke to U S Airways and they are putting in for a lost ticket. I will get a full refund and the rep from U S Airways told me that she is going to pull United Travels comission for the sale of the tickets because the dopes there didn't dilever my tickets .
