My wife and I believe that the sales repersentives for uvn did not disclosed the additional $199.99 for our free week and did not disclose that we can have only one bed room, in which the contract does not disclose this information to our knowledge or understandment and the contact states 1-bedroom $499.00, 2-bedroom $599.00, 3-bedroom $699.00 and rates are frozen, no mention of additional fees.
We were told by uvn sales repersentives that we would received discounts on domestic flights, we never received them.
We were not told by uvn sales repersentives that on our free get up and go vacation we would have only sunday - thursday availability and not told by same that there is a $24.00 non-refundable service charge.
We followed the guidelines set forth by uvn for our free get away for coming to the sales presentation at Embassy suites location baymeadows road jacksonville,fl by sending in the required information sheet and had never heard back from them.
We did not understand that any vacation area we scheduled through uvn that there would be various types of fees.
On several occasions my wife Stephanie call uvn to scheduled our free vacations and to gather any useful information and she would be told when they have the requested information she would be contacted back but, rarely would she have any call backs or provide any information causing her to waste her time by continuely calling them back without sucess.
I had made two calls to uvn and spoke with a Amanda and a Heather in who I was told were supervisors both of whom I told these concerns but, the convesation was legally scripted and had left me with severe fustratation by not providing me with a solution but, only to inforce that I am in a legal binding contract
We paid $2500.00 to join this service with uvn and we believe they failed to live up to their agreement and this has caused severe mental anglish for my wife and had left me extremely fustrated and betrayed.
All we wanted was to have a relationship with uvn that was promised by the sales repersentives but, since they failed to live up to there agreement we want our $2500.00 refunded and sever all ties with uvn.
we also would like an investagation on the practices of this company in order that no one else would be violated and harm in such a manner as my wife and I.

Our services offered do not have hidden fees associated with the membership benefits. The search and processing fee is included in with the set priced resort week rates; we explain to our members how the total cost is broken out. The bonus week accommodations are complimentary; the members are still responsible for the search and processing fee.
The resort guideline located in the member book which is part of the membership purchase agreement clearly states the guidelines for both resort and bonus weeks. The mini vacations are complimentary hotel accommodations to where they are responsible for the taxes associated with the hotel which is normally around $24.00 total.
The incentive is for attending a presentation and not part of the membership purchase. If consumers did not receive their vouchers as promised we provide them with information to contact the redemption center for mailing inquiries. We fulfill all of our memberships to the fullest. All cost associated with the memberships are disclosed at the time of purchase.
Our customer service department assist in making sure that our members are capable of utilizing all of their membership benefits to guarantee they receive the maximum value from their purchase.
