United Vacation Network Supposed travel club gives seminars filled with promises they do not intend to fulfill Ripoff Largo Florida
United Vacation Network stated in their sales seminar that they are members of the Better Business Bureau and they are not! Also stated you can "go home and book your vacation of a lifetime on our website" - not true, their website is totally useless w/ no links, no trips, and totally non-interactive!
They have no intention of saving their members on travel. Their only goal is to trick and lie to you until you sign their contract and pay the membership dues - then good luck. They will not return any money or cancel the contract no matter what! Once they get you it's their money and too bad for you!
I filed my complaint with the BBB West Florida, also disputing my credit card charges with Bank of America. Next will be lawsuit. Their responses have been full of lies, but why be surprised - thats how they got me to begin with.
How does this company find employees to lie and cheat the public for them?
How can we find each other (UVN's victims)and get a plan to put this company out of business?

Consumers attend standarzied presenations to inform the public of United Vacation Network and the advantages of becoming members. During the presentation consumers are informed of the companies background which at no time do we state that we are members of the Better Business Bureau; we inform the public of our record with the Better Business Bureau as we are proud to have not even a fraction of a percent filled against our company with any consumer agency. Memberships are entered into by consumers own free will.
Members may use our travel department at anytime for any of their leisure travel at the best possible rate at the time of booking; all of our discounted travel is available to our members on our web-site under our monthly specials. Our specials have Land & Air Packages and Cruises at up to 60% off that our members can book unlimited.
All complaints filed against United Vacation Network are responded and followed up on as we want all of our members to be satisified with their memberships and understand their memberships to the fullest.
We will do everyting that we can to make sure our members receive the maxiumum value from their United Vacation Network membership and to send them on beautiful vacations.
