I have moved 6 times, and this was my 7th move and the only extremely poor experience. On the day of pick-up the movers never showed up, and I eventually had to call them to find out the status of my move. I was told it was 'a problem with a new computer,' and they would be there at 8am. They showed up 2-3 hours late the second day. Office manager could care less, and accused me of 'just wanting a discount.'

Then they split my stuff up into two separate shipments: 1 shipment came a day early and the other 3 days after the window period, so I had to tip the movers twice. They have a supposed guarantee that your stuff will not arrive late, but I was told, 'well, we delivered half of your stuff on time.' Too bad that 'half' didn't include my office chair, bed, kitchen table chairs, or cushions for my sofa. This is a fraud in itself.

I am missing several boxes of items, and still have not received a claim form. They took the back wheels off my bikes, and these are expensive road bikes that need the chain adjusted. Large gash on my office desk.

Overall, they knew very little where my stuff was in the shipping. Just very incompetent and did not honor contract.

This was the worse move of my life.  If I had known this company was a fraud, it would have saved me a lot of heartache, money, destroyed most of my furniture and other possessions.  All crooks, liars, and scammers.  My story is like all the rest.  Too upset to talk about it, and when I spent hours of work getting my claim together, nothing happened.   I think the claim company is as bogus as the moving company.  I had thousands in damages, pictures of everything, signed papers from the movers saying this damage was true.  A few weeks after sent in a letter saying we ARE Not an insurance Co. for your claims.  Ripped off again.  There has got to be something to do to shut this fake company down.  Years back they were taken to court, some people got their property back and a little money.  They were told they could not operate a moving company again, but guess what after dozens of name changes they just keep on screwing with peoples lives.  Please someone help shut down these thiefs.
