Received phone bill, thought was high, and always check to see what my kids owe me for out-of-state calls. Found a charge from OAN Services Inc on behalf of United Voice Messaging for Xsetup of $14.95. Called 800 number and said my son ordered it on the internet (son is at college)! Said he gave them all the information mother's maiden name, e-mail address etc. Told them my son has no authorization to charge my phone and wouldn't do such a stupid thing without telling me, of which, my son has no recollection of the two page ordering form.

Told me I could get the second charge coming refunded to me after sending in a copy of the phone bill to: United Voice Messaging Attn: Accounting Dept. P.O. Box 990-165 Boston, MA 02199, but could not refund the set-up charge. NO WAY. Will be calling Verizon to see why such a charge was billed to my home phone - internet connection is through Adelphia Cable - and my son's computer is through the college. So how can they charge my home phone?
