UNITED YACHTS HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN BREAKING THE LAW,UNETHICAL PRACTICES, AND LYING. MY FAMILY HAD OUR YACHT LISTED WITH THIS COMPANY AND SEVERAL MONTHS AFTER LISTING IT THE YACHT WAS STOLEN. WE NOTIFIED THE BROKERS IMMEDIATELY AND THEY AGREED IT WAS STOLEN.
SEVERAL MONTHE AFTER THE THEFT A BUYER COME TO THEIR OFFICE AND THEY WENT AND SHOWED THE YACHT WHILE IN THE THIEVES POSSESSION ,TELLING THE BUYER THEY WERE REPRESENTING ME THE OWNER. THREE DAYS LATER THE THIEVES HELD A PRIVATE ILLEGAL SALE OF THE YACHT AND THE BROKER CALLED THE INTERESTED CUSTOMER AND TOLD HIM THE THIEVES OWNED YACHT AND WERE SELLING IT. IN FLORIDA THE YACHT BROKERS ARE SUPPOSED TO FOLLOW THE STRICT GUIDELINES OF THE FLORIDA YACHT AND SHIP BROKERS ACT. (GOOGLE IT).
THE LAW SAYS A BROKER REPRESENTING THE BUY OR SELL OF A BOAT LARGER THAN 33 FEET FOR A COMMISSION MUST DO IT AS A BROKER. IT SAYS ALL MONEYS MUST BE PUT INTO AN ESCROW ACOUNT. THE HIRING BROKER-OWNER PETER SCHMIDT TOLD HIS BROKER THE NIGHT BEFORE THE ILLEGAL SALE HE WOULD HAVE TO DO IT AS A PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL (ILLEGAL).
SO AFTER REPRESENTING THE BUYER AT THE ILLEGAL SALE THE BROKER HAD THE BUYER WIRE HIS 7K COMMISSION INTO HIS PRIVATE ACCOUNT. THE SALE DID NOT GO THROUGH, THE BUYER WAS OUT HIS COMMISION BUT THE BROKER CALLED TO MAKE PAYMENT ARRAINGEMENTS. THE BROKER LAWRENCE PIRRITINO MADE ONE PAYMENT THEN DISAPPEARED. THE DAY I EXPOSED THEIS COMPANY THE BROKER AND OWNER OF THE COMPANY CALLED THE BUYER TO GET PAYMENTS GOING AGAIN. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS, LAWBREAKERS, SCUMBAGS AND DO NOT GIVE A d**n ABOUT THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS.
RECENTLY I WAS CALLED AND TOLD A BROKER OF UNITED YACHTS TOM THOMAS ( GOOGLE TOM THOMAS UNITED YACHTS) WAS LYING TO CUSTOMERS COVERING FOR THE LAWS HIS COMPANY BROKE. I CALLED TOM THOMAS POSING AS A CUSOMER AND ASKED HIM ABOUT THESE POSTINGS. TOM IMMEDIATELY LIED,FALSIFIED FACTS AND YOU CAN READ HIS E MAIL SENT TO ME CONFIRMING THESE LIES. HE EVEN WENT AS FAR AS SAYING THE U.S. COAST GUARD STEPPED IN AND GAVE THE THIEVES THE TITLE TO VESSEL AND ALLOWED THEM TO SELL IT. THEN HE SAID UNITED YACHTS WON A BIG SUIT AGAINST ME WHICH NEVER HAPPENED.
STATE AGENCIES HAVE CONFIRMED THIS WAS ILLEGAL. IF YOU WANT TO BUY OR SELL A YACHT THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY TO USE. I CAN REFER A GOOD BROKER WHICH ARE RARE IN FLORIDA.

But seriously, why haven't you actually sued them?
I really don't care what phony dog and pony show you are trying to put on by allegedly recording someone you claim to be a policeman. You are a proven liar many times over.
Why haven't you sued them? Why not?
Why haven't you sued them and the alleged government officials that you continue to slander if you are right?
Why have you stopped slandering the government officials that deemed everything was done correctly? Threatened with a suit there too?

That is correct. The broker is "acting as agent" on behalf of the seller and must be a licensed Yacht & Ship Broker with the State of Florida.

Better yet, he should get to court and PROVE his allegations.
But alas, Robert (AKA Mr. Foreclosure, Mr. Powerwash, Mr. Hotdog) doesn't ACT like someone who wants to go to court.
It took months for him to be served and it will very likely be months before he complies with the plaintiff's request for documents.
Does this appear as someone who wants his day in court?
