Complaint Review: United cash loans

I got a cash loan for $200 in January. $260 total with fee. It should have been paid off by now but they keep taking money out of my checking account. There is no valid way to contact unitedcashloans.com, there is no where on the site to track payments or to see a balance. They are not a part of the Better Business Bureau and have had many complaints. I dont know what to do. I have learned a very hard lesson.
