Complaint Review: UnitedMicro Computers

I recently bought a computer from UnitedMicro computers 5835 Harper Rd. in Solon, OH 44139. I highly recommend that nobody follow what I did and buy a computer or anything from this company. First off I didn't get the computer when I was supposed to. It took over two times longer to recieve then was promised. When I finally got the computer it didn't work. This goes against the company policy. They told me that the computer would be put through strict tests to make sure that the computer was working well before they shipped it to me. I tried to call them to fix it, but couldn't ever get through to them. Finally I sent the computer back for repair. Now everytime I call them to ask where my computer is they tell me that it will be shipped today or tomorrow. They have been giving me that line for two weeks now. I asked for my money back and they said they would transfere me to customer service....then they hung up on me. I called back....and got hung up on again. I called back but talked to sales so I could acutally talk to someone (they always seem to answer those phones, weird huh?) and told them I wanted my money back. I asked to talk to his supervisor so I could get things taken care of, I got hung up on again. After this nobody answers the phone or if they do they put me right on hold and never come back or they eventually hang up on me. I have been getting nothing but the run around. I just want my money back, but they don't want to talk to me. (Go figure) DON'T EVER, EVER, EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! RUN DON'T WALK FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!
