Complaint Review: UNITEDWORKFORCE.ORG

Last spring we were called about advertising on their website.  They said they market the site with unions and veteran friendly organizations in our area.  We were interested in marketing a real estate business and massage business.  They called us a day after we made the purchase to tell us they mistakenly sold our spots already.  They told us they would upgrade us but they were really putting us in a poor spot that we did not want.  We asked for a refund.  They argued with us and never took a call from us again.  They do not answer their phone when we call, if they do answer they give us a run around and tell us they will have "Jack" call us back.  We can not get through to them.  We reported them to the BBB but they have not had any luck either.  I want my $302 back.  I am a vet trying to make a living and they are telling me they cater to union workers and vets!?  They are not good. Stay away.  I just hope they can't do anything with my credit card.  I am nervous about their so called "renewal" next year.  Their website is www.unitedworkforce.org
