Complaint Review: Universal Banner Network

I bought an Apple IPOD nano from this company for my boyfriend for Christmas he is in the Army and leaving soon and I thought that an IPOD would be perfect for him. I went online and found a good deal on one through this company BIG MISTAKE. I ordered a black IPOD. I first tried to e-mail them to find out when I would have it and never got a response. When it came it was the wrong color and looked like it had already been used. I charged it and downloaded some songs. When my boyfriend went to play it no sound came out of the headphones. Thinking it was something I had done wrong I spent over 2 hours trying to figure out what was wrong with it. I have tried to contact the company but can't get an answer. I don't have a lot of money and I just spent over 200.00 for a piece of JUNK! Please don't use this company for anything they will rip you off.

I wish I had found this website before I did business with them. They pray on people and they should be punished for it!
