Universal Banner Network What a rip off! They just took my money! Los Angeles California
I paid for an on-line store to be set up($69.99) and in an email I still have from Univeral Banner Network, it stated after my ck cleared it would only be 1-2 business days,that was the 12th of Oct 06!! They do not answer the phone or emails any longer. I wrote to Ogla and she didn't respond.
I just want my money back and in full. Is this even possible? I'm very disappointed in this company as they are misleading etc with false advertising etc. etc. Keep your money dont invest in this company!!
