Universal cab Addison il Complete scam artist. I worked my first week 18 hrs a day for seven days and maid no money. They make you pay 95 dollars a day plus your gas,send you all over for a five dollar ride no tips w thier customers mostly. They make you give a weeks notice which I did through email and they said I had to sign something which no one ever told me. You will work like a slave just to give them money. They do not care about you after your lease is paid. Complete scum bag company. They need to be shut down. The cars are all in terrible shape, they try and fine you daily, the experience I have had is the worst ever. Stay away far away from this company!! Addison Illinois
Worst company ever!!! They will not pay you what is owed on school runs, they try and fine you, Threaten to get your liscence revoked, never will they have rides for you after your lease is paid.i have been working 18 hrs a day this is my last week I am in the cab now and guess what no rides.
