Complaint Review: Universal Cellular

Universal Celular of Orlando, Florida on a website advertise fast and quality repair service for cell phones. I call their telephone number and spoke to a person, who said they could fix my Samsung S307 cell phone. So I mailed my set to Unervisal Cellular.

Universal Cellular called me and said they could fix my cell phone, but that it would cost $95.00 plus shipping. I said fine and gave them my credit card # to bill to.

Well its been almost a month and i have yet to see a repaired or broken cell phone. All I hear from Universal Cellular is excuses:

The set is being worked on. We need an LCD. We need to order the part. We are waiting on the part. The part has not been shipped. Give us your number and we will call you back. Please Hold and Hold and Hold and Hold!!! Today I have not received one(1) call back phone call from Universal Cellular
