I applied for a loan about one month ago, sending $60.00 to apply for and be guarenteed a loan and have not recieved anything, but they are $60.00 richer. What can be done?

Because they only have a pobox, and a generic name, hard to find them, but there are two options:

Report them to the United Postal Service Inspector. Postal Inspectors investigate any crime in which the U.S. Mail is used to further a scheme, whether it originated in the mail, by telephone or on the Internet. Here is the complain form:
