Complaint Review: Universal Fidelity LP

I received a "Confidential Message" letter regarding a supposed balance due on video and game rentals for my old Hollywood Video account at least 1 1/2 years since the location closed up! Funny thing is that I had no balance there, because they wouldn't rent to you a new movie unless you paid for your late fees from your previous rentals! Good Try Shim-Shammers! And 1/2 of the videos and games listed are not even titles that we rented!!
