The name of company is called Executive Commodity Corp with holdings under Universal Financial Holding Corporation. Ricardo Del Real was the lure to bait into purchasing in the commodities futures. It starts off putting $5,000 start up and this one had to do with oil in 1999. The next person Mark Jeffrey Dym came into the picture along with Jeffrey Paul Jedlicki; All new to me, there was an advertisement on television when I saw this venture. Later found to be illegal advertisement. It was constant harrassement by calling me all day long, constant trading. I did win $19,000+ and never saw the money. They were to mail it to me. Before I knew what was happening, I gave them more money. Never got the $19,000, plus lost all other monies given.  I file prosee to the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission with a very minor settlement, as was told that any larger winnings would be held up in appeal and just sit. So went along with it via the Administrative Judge. Executive Commodity Corp and the two main players Dym and Jedlicki paid their portion off to me but Ricardo Del Real paid a small portion owed and never heard from him since. I filed to the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission that Del Real forfeited in his payments, thus resulting in a Default judgement against Ricardo Del Real, Jr. Re: The Use of Writs of Execution to Enforce Reparation Awards In Federal Districk Court. This was issued October 2, 2002. The initial order and settlement was October 2001 and thereafter.
