Complaint Review: universal funds middleton ct

This is another story about this company. its unversal funds in middleton ct. i unfortuneatley read the ripoff report too late.they are a company that preys on small companies that are struggleing and desperate to find finance. what you will get from these people is your account drafted for money and than a loan thats no where near what they promise. i was told that i could get a loan 3 weeks ago for $8000 than it jumped to $5000 and than today 3 weeks later after they took $700.00 out of my account they offer me $1500.00 for a $2200.00 payback,so to put it in simple terms they want $1400.00 for a $1500.00 loan. if you do business with these people you will be sorry. I fortunatley enough have already hired an attorney in their town and i will be taking them to court to get my money back. if you end up in the same situation as me please make sure that you actually file the suit it can cost you money but is the only way to stop companies like this from continueing unscrupulous business tactics.
