Beware- I am a Small business owner that attempted to get better rates through this company for my credit card machine only to be called everyday five times a day to get my information. When I was unsure about giving them my social security number and bank info-Nicole the rep said it was only for verification of my identity. I went ahead and sent the information and signed the application that I was told by their own rep was only for the purpose of verification and I was subsequently denied the loan and I had to literally call everyday for five days for them to even call and tell me that.The whole company handles themselves like highschoolers.... Its just soo distressing knowning a company like this has your information and their business poise is the worst I have ever encountered.They took my bank information after I called and finally spoke to Mr. Ross the manager who informed me that my loan was denied and they couldn't help me, and attempted to take 275 out of my bank for a processing fee!!! The crazy part was I had to call and talk to Mr. Ross about his poor sevice and costumer service to which he said he needed to have a company meeting and profusely apologized for the inconvenience as soon as he hung up with me- he went directly to his accounting dept. and tried to take the money out. Thankfully the bank stopped it. When I complained he treated me horribly and told me to take him to court. Look out people!!!!!!!! This comapny is the worst.
