Complaint Review: Universal Gas & Electric

What A Rip-off year half ago try to cancel with Scammer Universal Gas And Electric company because there sales rep made Unauthorized person at my business sign five years contract with them they did not cancel it without cancelation fee. Now since the price of Gas is goen up they are no longer on my gas bill they Rip me off when the price where down now when there time came they just cancel it by them self even I still have three and half years left with them.
