Universal Internet Experts are extorting money from people who use the internet. I do not know how they obtained my name and credit card information. They charged my card $100.00 and refused to reverse the charge. I spoke to the "manager" of customer service and he hung up on me. Customer Service? I think not. This company is obviously a scam. They say they will build you a website and that you can make money. I have no website and asked for my money back. The person I was talking to laughed at me, was extremely rude, then hung up on me as stated above.

I was also warned about putting this information on this site. The so called "customer service" manager said several nasty things about this site. I believe this to be a great site for consumers who are sick of being ripped off!
