This "company" Universal Media will call your business in peak hours and get info from employees, address, email, names, ect.  They will then ask if you want to renew your free advertising with them for another year.  Most people say yes, it's free.  Then a month or so later they will fax you an invoice for random amounts of $.  When you call to dispute it, they will play a recording of the original call however the recording is edited, they cut out the words "Free" in the recording, so it sounds like you agreed to renew this subscription which you never had in the first place.  He got extremely aggressive when I called to dispute the charges,  I deal with these scam companies allot so it does not phase me.  Also my company is owned by a large law firm so I take pleasure in these dealings.   But the average person would fold and end up just paying the bill due to his threatening and aggressive behavior.  They do a decent job of editing the recording a swell.  Now a days you can edit a recording to sound like a person says almost anything you want.  Don't let it scare you, recordings are useless these days, this is their scare tactic to get you to pay the fake invoice.
