Complaint Review: Universal Media

These people call your staff and get your information. Then they send you a bill with your name on it a month later stating that you authorized it. They claim that they are selling advertising for the GA Business Directory. They tape conversations via computer, that much I got out of them. So they are able to manipulate anything you say to them and try to use it against you. Funny thing is, they were trying to sell me advertising for my company and didn't even have my company name correct. Why would I buy advertising for my company using the WRONG NAME????? Caught!!!! They told me they would remove all charges from my account if I returned everything to them within 30 business days. They said they mailed this package I received on the 6th of October (package says the 14th) and that the order was submitted on the 29th of September. So I have 4 days to return this package to Canada from Georgia.
