UNIVERSAL MEDICAL PRODUCTS RIPOFF - NEVER SENT THE ORDERED & PAID MERCHANDISE IRVINE, California
On April 12, 02 I saw an ad on TV promoting the "Collagen 5 treatment". I wanted to try the promised result of this facial lotion and on April 14, 02 I sent a letter and Money order covering the suggested price - but never received anything in return.
On Jun 01, 02 I called to complain, was given another number, where nobody responded.
On Jun 02, 02 I wrote to the company (priority w/confirmed mail delivery), claiming that they either send the ordered product or my money back. That letter was received by Univ. Med. Products on Jun 07, 02 at 9:48AM
Up to this date (July 13, 02) I have not received anything and I believe this company just wants to make some money the cheap way.
