Well, where should i begin. As being an insider for this company for the amount of time I was, all I saw was people being scammed. At first i didnt think it would be too bad. I figured, help out in an office and just call people all day to book them for interviews...GREAT! Turns out...not so great. The first thing i began to see was the deceptive stratagies everyone in the corporation used to get people to come in and go along with the dumb position of an account executive. Being that these 2 offices are located in Philadelphia and New York, the certain level of people they were picking off career builder.com or monster.com, were seeming to be desprate people looking for anything to get their foot in the door and feed thier families. As horrible as it seems, those poeple really do prey on unstable people so they can work them like animals and they dont lose any PROFIT.

They tell you exactly word for word like this on the phone for your first interview..if you hear this EVER..stay away..STAY FAR AWAY!

"hi my name is_____, and im calling from epoch business solutions/universal online promotions. (you say hi) Hi..well after further review of your resume, we would like to invite you in for a first round interview with our company. (sounds great). So since our positions are filling up rather quickly i would like to get you in here as soon as possible.(ok) Hows tomorow(being desperate you say "GREAT what time") Well, what time works for you? (11:00am) sounds great...now just remember to bring a copy of your resume with you and wear professional attire.(will do) Great so i look foward to meeting with you tomorrow.( ok thanks so much)"

this is just the intial "booking" process....then it goes as far as to have them come in for the interview and b-s them about what they will be doing when in reality...they will be door-door salesman paid commission only, and they WILL NOT move foward to run their own office EVER! So some people catch onto this fraud of a company and refuse to work there and they leave. But for some others, their not so fortuante enough to catch on....then they just dont know what they just agreed to.

They come in for the 2nd round interview which they call the observation day. This is where the victim comes in to observe the day in the life of a corporate trainer..HA! They spend their mornings in the "atmosphere" where they drink coffee and talk about how much their gonna kick butt today. Then you leave and go god knows where with these "trainers" whom you havent known for more than one hour. They take you ino the city to show you the business.....yea right...they take you to their "area" that they are covering and make you watch as they try and sell stuff to unsuspecting business owners. Then after your long 12 hour day they take you back to the office where you wind-down from your day and go over what you learned. Then immeditaly you go into the office and have your 3rd round interview based on whatever your trainer has said about you. then they will offer you to come back tomorrow to become and account executive. If you catch on by this point you know that this is a huge scam. If not you may even be willing to show up for work the next day.

So you show up and then you work and work and work your butt off for nothing...only a small amount of commission on whatever you sell. So if you dont sell..you dont amke money. BOGUS!!

I just want people to be aware that this is completely a scam going accross the entire USA. These are the only two office names i have but while employed for them, I cam accross many other companies jsut like us who are preying on innocent people too. If they say they handle QUILL, STAPLES, VERIZON...dont listen...they deal with quill who is a sub-dealer for staples and legally they are not allowed to say they are affiliated with staples or verizon but they do anyway. So please, if you've experienced anything like this, or all of this word for word..stay away and report just as i did...thanks and stay away from these pyramid schemes!!!

backend of the company knows best!!

First and foremost, Rafael Dias is a consultant in this web scheme. he owns over 70 offices in the eastern united states, stretching as far as Cincinnati Ohio, and Lubbock, Texas. Daren Collentonello is a senior international consultant in which employed Raf for the United states. he also has hands in major parts of Europe, the middle east, and parts of China and Japan.

i am employed at the cincinnati office ran by Steven Lowen. the office name is Limbo Marketing Inc. also another office runs out of the same building and apart of the same organization called Global Business Partners Inc ran by Joshua Burke. Both Josh and Steve were either promotted to run their offices by raf or one of raf's promotted leaders, such as Mike Catherwood, and Jason Markman.

All these offices make money for working the dog snot out of account executives and corporate trainers. the only way to move up is to use their "system" which is a spin off of a total salesman pitch with a few tweaks. they tell you to stick to the system and you will succeed. BULLS*%T! i learned the system and now use my own way to approach customers. although we are not selling office supplies we are working with residential customers with Direct Energy telling customers that we can lower their bill for free. the catch is after this price protection program runs its course of a year, the customer gets screwed with a electric rate of 12.5 cents, when duke energy rate is at 6.3.

the only reason i stay is because i have been able to use my own system and make almost 800.00 every week. until they find out im not using their pretty little system, ill continue to milk this company for how much they screw over other people. unfortunately this does allow them to profit as well.

the sad thing is that this organization give people a sense of hope to be successful. then drop them on their face and have nothing to do with them. ive seen people get fired for office public display of affection, but yet the Global business partner owner joshua burke is dating a corporate trainer in the Limbo marketing company. TELL ME how thats equal opportunity and employee rights?

Those working for these companies. seek a job else where! no telling when they are going to drop you due to you looking at them the wrong way or whatever excuse they might try to throw. then not pay you unemployment after working with them for 6 months.

I received a call and an email expressing their excitement to interview me. After I made an appointment, I searched the website [I realize now that was the @$$-backwards thing to do]. The xxxxxx website basically said nothing, until I looked under Raf Diaz and saw that he "founded Universal Online Promotions." I was excited that I found a "parent company" to research. The VERY FIRST google page for Universal Online Promotions was the ripoff report, which I read thoroughly and with great interest.

Needless to say, right after reading this I canceled my interview IMMEDIATELY. I wanted to thank all of you for weighing in - this forum really DOES help people from falling into the trap of interviewing with these people!!!
