Universal Premium Fleet Card Charging me for not using card and will not close account.
I let Universal Premium Fleet Card send me a card and when I read the terms they sent I cut the card up and put it in the trash. Then I get an email showing some fifteen dollar charge. When I finally get to speak to a human being they tell me they can’t do anything until I set up an online account.
I tell them I am not going to use their card service and will not set up the online so they say they cannot do anything. Next I get another email stating my bill for NEVER USING THEIR CARD is over sixty dollars. I’m thinking about legal action concerning their business ethics, maybe a class action.
