Yes, you read that right.  $138 late fee on $142 balance because their antiquated payment system did not send me an email and does not process payments for 2 days.

This is the only creit card that requires payment every two weeks, there is no where to find your actual balance anywhere on their site, they do not mail you bills unless you want to pay. Let me provide to you part of their terms and conditions regarding late fees

late fee payment equal to the greater of $75 or 5.99% of the new balance or the maximum amount permitted by law

gets better: they can deem you HIGH RISK (they don't really tell you how they determine that) greater of $75 or 8.99% of the new baloance IN ADDITION TO an interest charge of prime rate + 29.99%

7 years with this card without a late payment and they "cannot" waive the fee, been waiting days for a supervisor to call me back...Everything in their terms and conidtions violates Federal Law!!!!

this wouldn't have happened if they allowed you to set up automatic payments...I finally asked about this and they said they could but I would be switched to a WEEKLY invoice...I told them I don't care but it is ridiulous if I havre to log on every two weeks and time it perfectly so that my payments aren't applied to early or too late!  What a JOKE!!!!

Some lawyer out there has a real winner if they filed a class action law suit.
