This company is unbelievable! We have had their cards for close to three months now and have yet to be able to sign on to the website to track fuel costs, pay bills, or whatever else customers can do. They supplied the company with a user name but never gave us a password.

Due to a junk mail blocking program on our e-mail accounts if a human does not send the e-mail then reply to a verification e-mail, the password reset instructions NEVER come through. I have e-mailed and called numerous times over the past three months and have yet to get the issue resolved.

DO NOT do business with this company. The customer service sucks, every time I call I get a different person and have to explain the situation from the begining every time. I finally gave up. We aren't paying the bill.
