Our trucking company has used Universal Premium Fleet Card for several years. The card's online system was recently "up-graded", and there has been nothing but problems ever since. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this company. There are outrageous fees charged that are unexplainable by customer service. The new system takes weeks to produce an invoice(in past we had an invoice every week and was paid early every week), and then we were charged a $1800 late fee when we have always paid invoices through their online system on time. We have been charged administrative fees because the price of fuel went down. WHAT?? That is right, instead of passing any savings on to the customer, Universal Premium charges you a fee because fuel became cheaper. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of in my life. This company is running a huge scam. How is there not a class action lawsuit against this company??

 You see these alleged fees and you call them. When you get somebody on the phone from their company, their answer is "I don't know"? I don't buy that! At the end of your report, we find the very typical statement from people who are in collections and don't pay their bills...the whining about a class action suit. Quite obviously, you don't know what that is or what it even means. Why not tell us what the FULL story is?
