After signing up for a "no card fee" account, we were charged $1 per card fee and customer service told us too bad that's what it is.  Also, they double billed it and I had to demand the credit back (they were not going to give it to me at first).

We were suppose to get a gas rebate for using a "Fuelman" station.  98% of the time, we used the same "Fuelman" service station and did not get any rebate until I called and hassled them into giving it to us.  This went on every billing cycle.  It doesn't seem that they are capable of adjusting any account information - you have to call every month.  I spent on average 2 hours a month dealing with the bills from this credit card company.

We had to call our customer service rep to make a conference call to the universal card customer service center because they would not talk to me, the accountant of the company, directly.  So, by the time my customer service rep called me back and we conferenced, it was the due date of the bill.  After going through all the issues (again this month) I was paying the bill. The girl told me it would cost a lot to pay by phone and that online would be best.  I did and well, we got hit with a $266.60 late fee!!!!!!!!!!!!!  The confirmed payment did not post until 2 days later and was now late.

This company practices very deceptive practices and have idiots as employees.
