Complaint Review: Universal shipping company ltd Animal services

 I was contacted by Monika Carnes via email regarding an ad for Russian Blue kittens went through everything with her she supposedly set up the delivery of the kitten with universal shipping company ltd animal services. So I went ahead and went through with the payment process through money gram with the rep over the phone after having received an email with the details I paid the $300 with them to than get an email saying that they needed an additional $650 for insurance or the kitten would be quarantined and I would be arrested for cruelty to animals that is where I noticed they wanted me to wire them the money to the same person Malogs Charles at which point I threatened to call the authorities and the number was than disconnected after that.
