My husband left a $100.00 bill as a deposit to rent a wheel chair for me. Employee said not a problem we would get $90.00 at the end of the day when we returned the chair. At the same moment we discovered my wallet was missing and had to go back to the car to see if we could find it.(did) At the end of the day we turned the wheelchair in and there was only a $50.00 bill attached to the paper work as change.

We questioned them and they called a Supervisor and Supervisor called security and security filled out paper work to go to risk management. Took 2.5 hours to do that. Long story short Univerasl is not going to do any thing about it.

I guess DISHONEST EMPLOYEES are a acceptable part of their company. After 8 phone calls they said sorry. And after all they run a billion doller company and do not have to take care of their empolyee thief.
