I have done some research and discovered that the So called Universal Subscription Agency is in fact owned by a women that in turn also owns several other companies that she uses in connection with each. Example. U cancel your check to U.S.A. you get turn over to a collection agency called C.G.S in Vero, FL. Guess who owns C.G.S...? > CATHERINE M KEY

As of July the U.S.A. web site is not functioning, as well as their supposedly voice mail box is ALWAYS full.
