Contacted by a telemarketer who assured me this was a partnership and that I could sign with a choice of programs which would put a code on the marketing materials.  For three months they would take money out of my account and if there were no sales I would receive the money back.  This was the guarantee.

Upon requesting a halt to the outflow of my money after 2 months, I was able to speak to a gent, who said he needed my paperwork in order to release the funds should I have any.  Unfortunately I failed to keep a record of that address where they were sent.  However, later when I called the 888 number there were some unusual recorded messages.

And to this day the website is still there but the phone number is useless.  There is no way to contact this man: Alston Daniels, the Director of Marketing and the email was simply the support for the website and I have kept all the intereaction of those emails.  This company purportedly sold "dish network satellite tv", ADT Home Security and other related products.

This was a ripoff for me and I'm now reluctant to do anymore like this.  What a scam.  You can go to the website and read the bio info on alston Daniels.  How accurate it is this is the question or was that made up also?  There is such a university but where is Daniels today?
