I purchased a NordicTrack  from Sears on January 7, 2011 and it stopped working on December 10, 2011. I called Sears who transferred me to Universal Techinal Services and they sent someone out to my home on December 22nd. He ordered a part and this in when the breakdown began. First of all Sears should have transferred me directly to Nordictrack who should have resolved the issue themselves because my machine broke within the one year warranty.

This did not happen and I have been transferred and shuffled all over the place. As of today January 11, 2012 my NordicTrack is still not working. I spoke with someone named: "Zack" id number: 15 who informed me that he would call the tech directly and I should expect a return call in 24-48 hours. I paid $1500.00 for the machine and another $269 for the extended warranty.

I have been without a fitness machine for 30 days as of today January 11, 2012; it has not been REPAIRED and no one can tell me when EXACTLY it will be. I will not buy anything from Reebok, Weilder, NordicTrack, Pro-form or Healthrider EVER AGAIN. Icon Health & Fitness owns all of the above referenced companies.
