Bought a warranty for our NordicTrack treadmill that cost more than $250. The control panel went out on the treadmill. First of all, UTS sent the wrong part and I had to call them again. I was told for the first month, that the part would ship in two days, next week, at the end of the month.........

After waiting two months and accepting ALL of their excuses, I finally requested to speak to a supervisor. After all of the conflicting stories I had been told, he gave me yet another story! He said that the control panel takes a while to assemble and there were probably other jobs in front of mine. In a day and age when an entire car can be built in a day, this control panel takes two months!

After accepting his "excuse" he said he would call me back with answers by the end of the day or the following Monday for sure. I have yet to hear anything.

I have signed up to run a 10 mile race at the end of the month. With 4 kids at home, the treadmill is my only way training. Please, any help on how to deal with UTS would be greatly appreciated.
