Universal Vacation Resorts Lied about everything. Orlando Florida
Call came in, said they were Hilton resorts vacation packages. They had my info and since I had bought Hilton packages before I believed them. 600$ for a 5 day trip, all inclusive, Cancun Mexico. Must watch 1 hour presentation. Sounded legitimate. I didn't receive an email right away so I got nervous. Called Hilton they did not have any affiliation. Finally got an email with very little info but a receipt for my payment. Went to their website. Noticed resorts and videos said RCI which is a legit company. Called RCI also not affiliated and never heard of them. Disputing the charge and changed credit card number. I feel really stupid. Hope this saves someone else this problem.
