Complaint Review: Universalrxfl.com - Card33.com

I submitted an order for a 19.95 prescription to Universalrxfl. It said when you submitted an order, you automatically got a FREE one month membership to some Card 33.com to get low prices.

After the month , you would be billed 19.95 unless you canceled at Card 33. When i submitted my order to Universal, it gave ne a confirmation# as most sites do.

I had a question , the question being "How do I cancel my Card33 membership if I am not happy with?" To submit the question, you had to put in the confirmation#. Everytime I entered it, it said no such #. "You made an error."

I was sitting there looking at the dang # and it was right but site refused to even let me submit question. Within one hour, Card33 had already charged my Visa card with 19.95 so first hour was not EVEN FREE.

I also was charged from Universal and never received the prescripton. I tried every way possible to contact either company with no luck.

NO answer - just a machine which does NOT return your calls at Card 33 and I called information in Tampa Fla and got the # to UNiversalrxfl.

When I called them and the minute I said i had placed and order with them and that the Card 33 site I could not reach, they started babbling in a foreign language and pretended they could not understand the King's English.

I was just wasting more money on long distance call. This has been a horrible night mare, I had to cancel the Visa card and am still waiting on another in the mail. This has been a horrible, fradulent internet experience!
