UNIVERSE Software GmbH
WARNING: Don't be surprised if you order a product from this company and it doesn't work on your computer... AND you don't get a refund!
I ordered a software program from Universe Software GMbH and it didn't work on my computer. I kindly asked for a refund and this is the response I got from Armin Gandecki:
"No, you have register the program. We give you the possibility to test our program before you bought it. And in this case you can find out if the program works on your system"
This guy flat-out told me "NO" I can't have my money back. What kind of business just tells their customer "No, I'm not giving you a refund?"
His reasoning was I had the opportunity to download a trial before I bought the program. Ok, great, who cares? The point is, the software did NOT work on my computer and I want my money back!
Why in the world would you take money from a customer if your software does not work on their computer? That's greedy and it's just bad business.
Stay away from this greedy company. They have TERRIBLE customer service and you will NEVER get your money back if you're unhappy with your purchase. You're better off choosing a different company.

- The buyer has the software enabled and then reported that the software does not work. This may not be, because otherwise the activation is not even possible.
- The buyer has the opportunity to test the software before purchasing full and in time indefinitely. There is no difference between the demo version and the unlocked version. The only difference in the demo version is only one side decrypted.
- In the product description in the online shop, all constraints are called.
- The buyer has no proof of lack sent. Typically, customers with problems send files or screen shots of error messages.
- The buyer has given us no opportunity to correct the alleged error.
- The program is used worldwide to more than 8,000 times. On multiple platforms including Windows, Mac OS and Linux.
- The client threatens us with a denigration of the Internet. But we believe this threat is reason enough not to respond to the call, at least not until the customer can prove his allegation.
- Today alone, the program has been sold 5 times as a standalone for Mac and Windows and one Server Edition. Do you really believe that the software does not work with these customers?
- And by the way, we are not hiding behind a pseudonym, Jeff.
