July 2009 -

I had been a member with UFCU for 10 years, have had over 100 thousand dollars in my account, recieved and paid back loans with UFCU and your employee, Jamie Tamargo treated me with such disrespect I have closed my accounts.

I attempted to recoup money that has been removed from my account without my authorization. He(Jamie) made zero effort to help me.  He did nothing to recoup any of my money.  I did NOT authorize ANY automatic withdrawls on my account, yet there were 2 withdrawls processed on this account without MY authorization.

Jamie informed me that these charges were made using a CLOSED joint checking/savings account.  I was informed that ALL cards, checks, deposits and withdrawls associated with the closed account were to be suspended and no longer accessible when I closed the account.

There is NO official documentation providing MY authorization for withdrawl from anyone or any company on the account.  I requested documentation proving I authorized these charges on my account.  Never recieved anything.   I was the ONLY account holder and was informed, by the UFCU rep that opened the new account that the two accounts would not be linked.

So yeah, UFCU STEALS MONEY FROM ITS MEMBERS!!!!!!  Do not bank with them EVER!!!!!!!!  FIRE JAMIE TAMARGO!!!!!!

UFCU steals money from its members!!!!!!

Why are you writing the report on the Credit Union and not the company/person who "stole" your money.

I am curious that there might be something more here.

First if the account was closed was it closed recently.  What was the reason it was closed.  As most people do not just all of the sudden close out one account and open another at the same bank/Credit Union if there is not some reason behind it.

Second you seem to be focusing on one person at the Credit Union, have you talked to anyone else.
