Recieved a letter of debt collection from universal fidelity,lp stating that I owe $20.67 for four video games rented in 2009-2010. The games stated are for a xbox360,: army of two-40th day, gears of war 2, resident evil 5, and army of two. First of all I NEVER had a hollywood video account, second of all I have NEVER owned an xbox360. I am a female in my mid twenties with no children , this is ridiculous.

The for suspected video games are just listed none with prices next to them so I'm not sure what the charges are four. The back of this bogus collection letter states that if you  don't call within 30 days of the date on the letter to distupt the charges you assume them aand are therfore responsible for them.

I immediately called the company blocking my number of course, and spoke to ANNA who said she will send the report to her supervisor to drop the charges...we'll see in time. She was rude and hung up on me after she told me that information.

This is a big scam!
