University Medical Products ripoff sends products not ordered, won't cancel acct, won't respond, deceptive company ripoff waste of time deceptive company dirty ripoff dogs evil dirt bags dead Beat inconsiderate Mom dead beat only cares about himself Dad deceptive company Irvine California .....

Products ordered from TV infommercial. After two shipments I sent emails to cancel...no response. company sent more product and charged my credit card. I refused the shipment per USPS directions and returned the products. I refused another shipment on 1/21/03 and refused that package also. I waited 20 minutes with no answer from a customer service person, with a recorded voice telling my that "your call is very important to us." I sent three emails asking for account to be cancelled.

I told the company I would report them to everyone and anyone. Do not order any products (collagen, hair replacement, etc) from University Medical Products in Irvine CA
