I have taken it upon myself to put this story forward to the public. It was my hope that after first hearing the actions of Dr. Chris Zed DEAN OF DENTISTRY AT U.B.C. They would internally deal with it. Amost two years after hearing nothing was done.Chris with his assitant Kathy. Lead almost a full decade of fraud from just after his employment. Their the embezzling of millions of dollars. His term of this bankrupted several needed departments at the University. Chris had no conscience. He stole from all the satellite clinics as well.
Some these included THE VIETNAM PROGRAM, DOWNTOWN EASTSIDE PROGRAM AND FIRST NATION ORAL HEALTH PROGRAM. When he was challenged on this by his staff he threated their careers and employment when his peers questioned him he deined it and warned them how this could lose the Universitys donations. Chris Zed and wife Jennifer Winsor are total SCUMBAGS. To my knowledge the Unversity Dean knew about all of it and was quite possibly getting kick backs. All the proceeds went to build Dr. Zed and his wife a new multmillion dollar home on the westside of Vancouver. Jenifer Winsor used her galleries (WINSOR GALLERY VANCOUVER/WHITSLER) to launder the proceeds of crime. Mr Zed was so brassen in his activities he would tell clients to write checks to him directly and used his personal accounts to funnel millions. If you know of Chris's stealing please forward your info to the VPD. Vancouver Police Department. Let's get this scumbag behind bars.

I happen to like Dr Cris Zed. Even though he walked his dog through the UBC dental clinic against the rules. Even though he took our dental equipment lease fees and used them for his own personal reasons. He was Clinical Manager when I was a dental student at UBC. Just so you know, Dr Lex McNeil approved of several of his shenanigans. Dr John Carpendale wanted to cover up and try to silence me by having me kicked out. Dr. Marcia Boyd ensured my silence when presented with the evidence by keeping me in the program. Dr Ed Yen, then the Dean of Dentistry, acknowledged to me in a private meeting as president of the class that he had concerns but made no admissions. Needless to say I graduated and the coverup continued. I have since burned all my evidence as I wanted to put it all behind me but it seems Dr Carpendale and the College have a long memory of my student activism. I am genuinely disappointed in my chosen profession of dentistry and hope that Chris is exposed for his choices. Just because we have a Dr in front of our names does not make us better people.

Chris Zed is telling anyone who will listen that the financial discrepancies at UBC dentristy are all Chuck's fault. Could this be true? Zed says he's the fall guy for Chuck's 'creative accounting' practicies that go way back.
Anyone have any knowledge on this?
Hope the cops get to the bottom of this so the right person is put behind bars and we can all move on.

I know Dr. Christopher Zed and his wife and have only experienced them to be charitable and upstanding citizens.
The fact that your inflammatory statements are unsubstantiated and your spelling is so terrible...leads me to believe you are some one with another agenda.
What exactly do you know of this situation? I have been to Cambodia with the Dental program and have seen the work Dr. Zed has done first hand.
It is surprising to me that anything can be written here, any defamatory comments can be published and that unsubstantiated statements can be made so easily.
If this is true in any way... I would appreciate hearing some facts.

Wow. This post illustrates the problem with sites like this. Anyone can write anything.
Unsubstantiated. Almost certainly fabricated.
Any person with even something that bears a passing resemblance to a brain can see the report for what it is. What a shame that there is a venue for crap like this.
Oh well.
