University of Guns NGOA Incompetent Company Saint Charles Missouri
Purchased 6 items from NGOA over 6 weeks ago including G700 flashlights, targets, batteries, etc. They never answer their phone. When I finally contacted them they can't find your order. They couldn't even find my e-mail address. I cancelled all orders on my credit cards. Save yourself time and aggravation. My crap meter went off from the beginning. Don't deal with NGOA or whatever they call themselves. They told me they were affiliated with NRA. I called NRA and they've never heard of them. Enough said?

Your excuses are as lame as your customer service. My order was in November. I received nothing by the end of December and had to call the BBB to get my orders fefunded. Your business is either a scam or a very poorly run scam.
