Complaint Review: University of Pheonix Online

I am so relieved to see that I was not the only person that was bamboozled by this organization. I attended University of Pheonix in 2005, and was intially excited about furthering my education. I began my courses without the tools to be successful and ultimately failed my first class. I was told to go to the next set of courses in order for the school to recieve my financial aid dispite the damage it would cause. After about 9 months i recieved my pell grant and following that a bill not even a week later. I felt very used but did not know what action to take. I try contact a company by the name of My Uncle Sam to no avail. I have a very interesting and detailed story that I would love to share concerning this University and their greed for money. Please let me help to bring this scam down!!!!!
